The class holiday party will be students building small gingerbread houses. Families are welcome to our class party. In prepartion for the party, we are asking families to send in boxes of plain graham crackers, cans of spreadable white frosting, and small candies.

September 28th - Our first field trip to the North Georgia State Fair
Our trip to the North Georgia Fair will happen this month (weather permitting). The trip allows students to see and touch a variety of animals- helping students better understand the standards on the first report card coming in October. These standards include students being able to match an adult animal to the correct offspring and being able to verbalize several similarities and differences between animals. The trip can prove challenging for students with allergies. We will be around dust, hay, animals, and possible bees. Please contact us if you feel your child may have an issue with any allergies during the trip. The rides and concession stands are closed to us, so please remind your child to leave extra money for "shopping" at home. Help your child select appropriate clothes and shoes for weather conditions that day.
